Protect Your WorkersProduction deployments achieve 92–96% precision and 88–93% recall on hard hats, safety vests, and eye protection. Accuracy drops in challenging conditions: low light (<50 lux), heavy occlusion, distant workers (>30m), and workers facing away. ViewKeeper's KSA deployments are tuned for local PPE types (white helmets, orange vests) and summer lighting.
Often yes, with caveats. ONVIF-conformant cameras ≥1080p at <25m working distance can run PPE detection. Resolution below 1080p or distances >30m require camera upgrades. We do a free site assessment to determine which existing cameras qualify before quoting.
Real-time alerts via WhatsApp, mobile push notification, or SMS within 3–5 seconds of detection. Daily/weekly summary reports aggregate violation counts by zone, time, and worker (if face recognition is enabled). API integration with Procore/Fieldwire logs violations directly into the daily report.
No — PPE detection works without face recognition. The system flags the violation (helmet missing) with location, time, and cropped photo of the worker (face blurred by default). If your project requires individual accountability, opt-in face recognition requires explicit worker consent per PDPL.
KSA deployments range SAR 1,000–2,000 per camera per year all-in (edge appliance + software + alerts). Volume discounts apply above 20 cameras. A typical 50-camera construction site runs SAR 50,000–75,000/year — typically 30–50% of one safety officer's fully-loaded cost.
